No conference call to answer questions on the 29th. There were many question, many revolved around what happened to our investment, what happened to all the money, how are we getting are money back, how could you sell model homes, why did you cancel our stock, ect. On October 5th this matter goes before a judge, to rule on a motion to compel and there motions to dismiss. They do not want to turn over information to either the model homes suit nor the other. The Model homes suit has been moved to the same judge that the Counter suit filed by Carlson, on be half of all shareholders, is being heard.

The one sided conference call took place. There was an announcement of another call were individuals can send in questions and a panel consisting of at least Colm King, Ken Dunn, possibly their attorney, Thomas Dougherty, will answer them. Thomas Dougherty and Colm King are Directors and share holders. They may have others, yet to be announced, as well as the time. The date will be the July 29th.

Looks like its on Dunn has sent out the call in number for the one sided conference call. From my understanding the model home suit has file a motion to compel, Oasis and management has failed to meet the deadline. The Derivative Suit has filed an updated motion to compel after Oasis and management failed to turn over documentation that they said they would and none that supports any of there allegations. The derivative suits motion to compel should get all the information to start and clear things up. The court dates will set in the next week or so. It appears Mr. Goodrich has gotten an attorney.

Some thing on the lighter side Google flew over Belize this year and up loaded it to Google Earth. So everyone can see the development a little clearer. Roads are all still there and look the same as they have for years with the exception of a little grass cover. If you look at the southern road in Jacamar Greens you can see a plane flying over the development, Google Earth.
Still no word from Mr. King the CEO/CFO even though there were to be big announcements again that never happened, whats new. There has been activity on both the cases filed against Cliff Goodrich, Colm King, Ken Dunn and Thomas Dougherty there attorney and a few salesmen, according to public records.

Attached is an article from Courthouse News Service It explains one of the two suits filed against Dreamscapes of Belize,Oasis, Colm King, Ken Dunn (aka Ken Jay), Cliff Goodrich, Thomas Dougherty and several salesmen.
There are only 10 plaintiffs, for the only reason is that they do not have the knowledge of the other 17 individuals that were sold contracts to build model homes. So if you were sold a model home contract, contact me and I will forward your request on to the gentlemen heading the suit. That is 27 contracts to build model homes who's value was to be $200,000 that's $5.4 million in homes to build and whats worse is that they took in $1.35 million with very, very little done. This does not take into the lots that have been sold some were around 300. This project should be built out with that kind of income, what happened?
Lets break this down Cliff Goodrich and Ken Dunn began this practice of selling model homes after Dunn was released from prison and went back to work for Goodrich. They sold 18 of these contracts and if I have been told correctly all the plaintiffs were told that funding was there and all we need is a couple of model homes to build to satisfy the lenders needs. A couple to 18 at $50,000 a contract to build model homes. Now Ken Dunn and Colm King (Oasis) continued this practice to sell nine more model home contracts under the same pretense. So Goodrich and Dunn sold $900,000 in contract and King and Dunn sold $450,000 in contracts for a total of $1.35 million, what happened to all this money. The money from the lot sales?
