It's been awhile since my last post but during that time I came across several articles that highlight what anyone buying property in Belize or buying anything should be leery of. When listening to a sales pitch think about the words they are using. Most of the time what they are saying is right off a script with specific language. I would not part with my money on words like expect, virtually, anticipate are just a few of the words that are used. These words are not words of facts but hopes, beliefs or imagination. When considering buying property in Belize listen to the words they are using, ask questions, ask for everything in writing and have an attorney look at it. I would also investigate, google, the people involved. Attached are links to a couple articles that I came across. Whats to the point is Mr. King in the Miami Herald article stated he expected to start construction in 60 days. Near a year latter and nothing being done, one could ask themselves, was this statement Colm Kings made, imagination or does he have verifiable facts on funding that did not go through? I wonder if he would be willing to clear the air on this?? http://www.courthousenews.com/investors-sue-over-belizean-property-dispute/, http://www.miamiherald.com/news/nation-world/world/americas/article83013447.html I fully expect everyone in the world to be honest and truthful.
