Attached is an article from Courthouse News Service It explains one of the two suits filed against Dreamscapes of Belize,Oasis, Colm King, Ken Dunn (aka Ken Jay), Cliff Goodrich, Thomas Dougherty and several salesmen. There are only 10 plaintiffs, for the only reason is that they do not have the knowledge of the other 17 individuals that were sold contracts to build model homes. So if you were sold a model home contract, contact me and I will forward your request on to the gentlemen heading the suit. That is 27 contracts to build model homes who's value was to be $200,000 that's $5.4 million in homes to build and whats worse is that they took in $1.35 million with very, very little done. This does not take into the lots that have been sold some were around 300. This project should be built out with that kind of income, what happened? Lets break this down Cliff Goodrich and Ken Dunn began this practice of selling model homes after Dunn was released from prison and went back to work for Goodrich. They sold 18 of these contracts and if I have been told correctly all the plaintiffs were told that funding was there and all we need is a couple of model homes to build to satisfy the lenders needs. A couple to 18 at $50,000 a contract to build model homes. Now Ken Dunn and Colm King (Oasis) continued this practice to sell nine more model home contracts under the same pretense. So Goodrich and Dunn sold $900,000 in contract and King and Dunn sold $450,000 in contracts for a total of $1.35 million, what happened to all this money. The money from the lot sales? http://www.courthousenews.com/2015/04/09/investors-sue-over-belizean-property-dispute.htm
