Check to see if they have been approved to develop. You will find this under the EIA tab. If you do not see it there, then most likely its not approved, may not even been applied for. You still want to invest then make sure your money goes into a bonded escrow account until you get the deed from the Lands Department in Belize. Or your money can be used to buy dinner, pay for Massarotti, or even strippers, with not one penny spent on the development.
