Finally there are encumbrances placed on Dreamscapes property in Belize. Colm King sad, what happened to the half a million you raised to move the project forward. And is it true you got money from Titan International Securities in Belize?

Thursday, May 18, 2017

Here is another crazy thing. Spoke with, I believe the assistant director of the lands department in Belize about the Marina property that Oasis/Dreamscapes of Beliz/Colm King CEO/CFO bought from the defendant/counter claimant. To my surprise they have no record of any purchase made by Colm King on behalf of Dreamscapes of Belize from the Defendant/counter claimant. I was told that Ken Dunn said that all they had to do was pay a fee and register the sale. According to the Assistant Director she said that would be true on areas the Government of Belize Declared, she said unfortunately that area is has not been declared and that Mr. King would have to get another sales document signed by the very person he is suing. Now that seems odd, IF, Mr. King had proof that the Defendants/counter claimants committed tortious acts against the company, then why wouldn't he secure the property he purchased by filing the sales agreement immediately?? Was this incompetency or did he have another strategy in mind? I know the sales agreement had a clause forcing Oasis/Colm King CEO/CFO to raise $500,000 a half million to move the company forward. What happened to that money? Why didn't the sales agreement get filed? WEIRD.

In my last post I asked if Mr. King would be willing to clarify his statement in the Miami Herald when he said he expected to begin construction in 60 days, with no construction started a year latter. But after reviewing the Palm Beach County Clerk Court records, http://www.mypalmbeachclerk.com/ I would say Mr. King CEO,CFO would not clarify anything. It appears that Mr. King has done everything he can to keep from turning over any information that has been requested. He even requested a confidentiality agreement then would not provide one so the Defendant/Counter Claimant had to provide one. Then after months of Mr. King not signing the Defendant/Counter Claimant had to file for the court to order Mr. King CEO,CFO to sign, the court did. I wonder why Mr. King who has made allegations of slander and of tortuous acts has as of yet to turn over any proof? Not to mention any proof to defend himself from claims made by the counter claimant. I wonder why he continues to drag this out? And how did Mr. King get Mr. Goodrich to sign over all his business?

It's been awhile since my last post but during that time I came across several articles that highlight what anyone buying property in Belize or buying anything should be leery of. When listening to a sales pitch think about the words they are using. Most of the time what they are saying is right off a script with specific language. I would not part with my money on words like expect, virtually, anticipate are just a few of the words that are used. These words are not words of facts but hopes, beliefs or imagination. When considering buying property in Belize listen to the words they are using, ask questions, ask for everything in writing and have an attorney look at it. I would also investigate, google, the people involved. Attached are links to a couple articles that I came across. Whats to the point is Mr. King in the Miami Herald article stated he expected to start construction in 60 days. Near a year latter and nothing being done, one could ask themselves, was this statement Colm Kings made, imagination or does he have verifiable facts on funding that did not go through? I wonder if he would be willing to clear the air on this?? http://www.courthousenews.com/investors-sue-over-belizean-property-dispute/, http://www.miamiherald.com/news/nation-world/world/americas/article83013447.html I fully expect everyone in the world to be honest and truthful.

Belize is a beautiful country and has a lot to offer those who are looking to retire in Belize. But before you buy, check out those involved in the development. Call the government of Belize Department of Environment ask to see if the development has been approved. Do your home work before investing.

Over the last few months several things have happened between the plaintiffs and Oasis of Belize, Colm King, Ken Dunn, Stephen Mauriello, Thomas Dougherty. Oasis, Colm King and others filed several motion, one motion was to Dismiss the amended complaint against them. The Judge ruled to deny there motion to dismiss, with the exception of lines 25,26,27 and 28. They also had a motion to strike and another motion to dismiss, again both motions denied. Mr. Forkey the attorney of the complainants has filed to take several depositions from the following, Manny Schulman, David Hershman, Helen Walden and Mark Gallo. In reference to the other suit, Oasis, Colm King and others removed there Motion to dismiss and agreed to produce requested documents in Oct of 2015, there is no indication that they have adhered to the order. I am no attorney and having gotten this information from the case search option on My Palm Beach County Clerk website, I wonder why they have such a problem with turning over information that would quickly clear up all matters????

Oct. 5th both Russ Forkey attorney for the Carlsons and shareholders suit and Thomas Dougherty attorney for Oasis appeared in court. Mr. Dougherty withdrew his motion to dismiss and agreed to turn over information. Mr. Forkey also filed a notice for hearing on the motion to dismiss due to lack of jurisdiction and Oasis's motion to Quash. Mr. Forkey is waiting on the courts to set for non jury trial. Mr. Dougherty also with drew his motion to stay, and was given 30 days to answer the model homes interrogatories. Mr. Dougherty filed a motion for protective order keeping the model home suit from taking a deposition from the book keeper. Mr. Forkey filed service for Big Bear a non party deposition. Mr. Forkey also set for hearing Cliff Goodrich's motion to dismiss, Oasis motion to dismiss, Oasis motion for protective order and notice of Deposition of Marc Gallo. Court dates 12/9/15 8:45am, 12/15/15 8:30am, 12/15/15 8:45am, and again on 1/11/16. Mr. Forkey will be deposing Marco Gallo of Big bear on 12/10/15.

No conference call to answer questions on the 29th. There were many question, many revolved around what happened to our investment, what happened to all the money, how are we getting are money back, how could you sell model homes, why did you cancel our stock, ect. On October 5th this matter goes before a judge, to rule on a motion to compel and there motions to dismiss. They do not want to turn over information to either the model homes suit nor the other. The Model homes suit has been moved to the same judge that the Counter suit filed by Carlson, on be half of all shareholders, is being heard.

Sunday, July 26, 2015

The one sided conference call took place. There was an announcement of another call were individuals can send in questions and a panel consisting of at least Colm King, Ken Dunn, possibly their attorney, Thomas Dougherty, will answer them. Thomas Dougherty and Colm King are Directors and share holders. They may have others, yet to be announced, as well as the time. The date will be the July 29th.

Looks like its on Dunn has sent out the call in number for the one sided conference call. From my understanding the model home suit has file a motion to compel, Oasis and management has failed to meet the deadline. The Derivative Suit has filed an updated motion to compel after Oasis and management failed to turn over documentation that they said they would and none that supports any of there allegations. The derivative suits motion to compel should get all the information to start and clear things up. The court dates will set in the next week or so. It appears Mr. Goodrich has gotten an attorney.

Surprise surprise day after the last post Mr. Dunn announces a conference call that lot owners can call into and listen to Mr. Dunn and Mr. King and guest. I hope they speak clearly and announce themselves and the organization that they are with.

Some thing on the lighter side Google flew over Belize this year and up loaded it to Google Earth. So everyone can see the development a little clearer. Roads are all still there and look the same as they have for years with the exception of a little grass cover. If you look at the southern road in Jacamar Greens you can see a plane flying over the development, Google Earth. Still no word from Mr. King the CEO/CFO even though there were to be big announcements again that never happened, whats new. There has been activity on both the cases filed against Cliff Goodrich, Colm King, Ken Dunn and Thomas Dougherty there attorney and a few salesmen, according to public records.

Sunday, April 26, 2015

Attached is an article from Courthouse News Service It explains one of the two suits filed against Dreamscapes of Belize,Oasis, Colm King, Ken Dunn (aka Ken Jay), Cliff Goodrich, Thomas Dougherty and several salesmen. There are only 10 plaintiffs, for the only reason is that they do not have the knowledge of the other 17 individuals that were sold contracts to build model homes. So if you were sold a model home contract, contact me and I will forward your request on to the gentlemen heading the suit. That is 27 contracts to build model homes who's value was to be $200,000 that's $5.4 million in homes to build and whats worse is that they took in $1.35 million with very, very little done. This does not take into the lots that have been sold some were around 300. This project should be built out with that kind of income, what happened? Lets break this down Cliff Goodrich and Ken Dunn began this practice of selling model homes after Dunn was released from prison and went back to work for Goodrich. They sold 18 of these contracts and if I have been told correctly all the plaintiffs were told that funding was there and all we need is a couple of model homes to build to satisfy the lenders needs. A couple to 18 at $50,000 a contract to build model homes. Now Ken Dunn and Colm King (Oasis) continued this practice to sell nine more model home contracts under the same pretense. So Goodrich and Dunn sold $900,000 in contract and King and Dunn sold $450,000 in contracts for a total of $1.35 million, what happened to all this money. The money from the lot sales? http://www.courthousenews.com/2015/04/09/investors-sue-over-belizean-property-dispute.htm

Oasis of Belize web site down no word what happened to Big Bear?

Tuesday, August 19, 2014

As it has been over two months since this funding came in and still the same old pictures. Sure would be nice to see the pictures of all the surveying going on or any work. This area of Belize is beautiful and has so much potential.

I can not stress enough, before you buy property in a development in Belize, contact the Department of Environment or go to http://www.doe.gov.bz/ their web site. Check to see if they have been approved to develop. You will find this under the EIA tab. If you do not see it there, then most likely its not approved, may not even been applied for. You still want to invest then make sure your money goes into a bonded escrow account until you get the deed from the Lands Department in Belize. Or your money can be used to buy dinner, pay for Massarotti, or even strippers, with not one penny spent on the development.
